Privacy Policy
This notice explains how information is handled on the Dirks Natural Playgrounds website at dirkscreations.com.
Contacting us
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, project type and message are emailed to info@dirkscreations.ca so Dirks can reply to you. The email is sent through Cloudflare Email Service. The website does not save your enquiry in a database.
To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser before the form is sent. Turnstile processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals under Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
An email link opens your own email application. Sending an email shares your address and anything you include with our mailbox provider and Dirks. Please include only what is needed to discuss your project.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Serving a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested URL. Cloudflare may process service and security logs under its Privacy Policy.
Maps and external links
The Contact page includes a Google Maps embed. Loading that page connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies according to its Privacy Policy. Facebook, Instagram and other external links are governed by the policies of those services when you visit them.
Analytics and enquiry records
This website does not use advertising trackers. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visits; it does not use cookies or track you across other websites. Enquiries are not stored by the website; they exist as emails in the Dirks mailbox. Hosting providers and embedded services may still process technical information as described above.
Questions about your information
For privacy questions, or to ask about information you have shared directly with Dirks, email info@dirkscreations.ca.
